We ship online orders Monday – Friday between 10a and 3p Eastern time. We often ship the same day orders are received and aim to ship no later than 48 hours for in-stock items. Orders received after 12p on Friday will ship the following Monday. We do not ship on Post Office holidays or on days we are closed.
Domestic Shipping
Domestic orders under $150.00 ship for a flat rate of $8.00.
Orders of and over $150.00 qualify for free standard shipping.
We ship most domestic orders via USPS, as they are quick, reliable and are often the lowest cost provider. We do ship via FedEx Ground if it is the cheaper option.
With domestic standard shipping, packages are typically delivered in three to five business days from the date they are shipped. We cannot guarantee the date your package will be received.
Yarn Emergencies
If you need to receive your shipment more quickly than standard shipping allows, please contact us for quotes on Expedited Shipping.
In-Store Pickup
We offer in-store pickup for our local customers who place online orders. There are no pick-up fees or holding charges for this service.
You may pick up your orders Monday - Thursday by appointment. We will refund the shipping charge for orders that are picked up.
International
We are happy to ship all over the world. When placing an order for international delivery, we pass the direct cost of the shipment on to you
We follow all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including import/export laws. International customs and duties are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
