Life In the Long Grass

As we think ahead to 2018, we are renewing our commitment to offer yarn brands that aren't typically available at local yarn shops.

Life in the Long Grass (LILG) is a great example of this. Dyed in the countryside of Ireland, LILG is an Irish Artisan hand-dyed yarn. Like other variegated yarns that we love at Yarn Culture, LILG blends sometimes riotous colors in a pleasing way making the colorways both artful and wearable in equal measure.

We’ve brought in 16 stunning colorways from the Autumn/Winter collection in Fine Sock, a 75% superwash merino/ 25% nylon blend with generous yardage at 463 yds/100g. With the soft hand of merino and the strength of nylon, Fine Sock is equally suited for shawls, socks or lighter weight sweaters. We aren't able to order this line as often as others we carry so hurry and get yours while we have stock.
