Pattern Details

Sample shown is knit with different yarn. We paired Seafield with Cheeky Merino Joy and Cirro. To learn more about why we made this pairing, you can read our blog post on the subject here

CONSTRUCTION

Seafield is worked in one piece, in the round, from the top down, commencing with the yoke.
Some short rows occur straight away for a higher back neck area, followed by some stocking stitch before commencing the textured wheat stitch pattern. The body is then worked to the hem, and then the sleeves are worked from the bottom of the yoke to the cuff, finishing with a tubular bind off. Finally, the mock turtleneck is worked from stitches that are picked up along the neck cast on edge and finished with a tubular bind off.

You may shorten/ lengthen this garment by knitting less/ more body length before commencing the hem. Try on as you go and adjust accordingly.
