CONSTRUCTION

The cowl is knit bottom-up (from the tip upwards) in two-color Brioche and Garter stitch. After working flat and increasing to the desired circumference to shape the bandana tip, the remainder of the cowl is worked in the round.
The pattern is created by switching between Brioche and Garter stitch, creating a textured check pattern. Through the use of color and the Syncopated Brioche technique (switching foreground- and background color in Brioche), a
Gingham pattern is created.

Narrow (Loose) Fit Circumference: 52 (65) cm / 20 ½ (25 ½)” Length: 49 (49) cm / 19 ¼ (19 ¼)” in front; 26 (19) cm / 10 ¼ (7 ½)” in back

NEEDLES 
US 7 / 4.5 mm circular needles (or size needed to obtain gauge and optimal drape), 60 cm / 23” long; recommended: larger needle size for bind-off

GAUGE (after Blocking)
