Yarn Culture, LLC (“Yarn Culture,” “We,” “Our,” and “Us”) takes great pride in curating and providing products and services to Our customers.  Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to Us.  Our Shipping Policy is designed to ensure that transactions run smoothly and provide good value to Our customers. By placing an order for shipment or in-store pickup with Us, you agree to all of the terms and conditions of Our Shipping Policy, without modification, limitation, or qualification.

This statement constitutes Our Shipping Policy for customer orders made through Our websites on the World Wide Web which are delivered via shipment or in-store pickup. In accordance with Our commitment to customer service, We may also allow customers to place certain orders for shipment with us via fax, telephone, or in-store for items which are out of stock, at our sole discretion; such orders are also governed by this Shipping Policy.

Domestic Orders

·       For orders of $100* or more, domestic Standard Shipping is FREE.

·       For orders that are less than $100*, We will charge a flat additional fee of $5 per order to cover Our domestic Standard Shipping.

·       We pack and ship most orders on the next business day through USPS.  We may ship via UPS or FEDEX as necessary.  Regardless of the carrier, we can provide tracking numbers for every order.

·       With Our domestic Standard Shipping, packages are typically delivered in 3 to 5 business days from the date of shipment. However, the ultimate delivery date of shipment is not within Our control,           and We cannot guarantee the date your order will be received.

·       Express Shipping is available for an additional charge. The additional fee for Our Express Shipping will vary based on both order size and delivery location.  If you wish to take advantage of Our Express Shipping, please contact us at  .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)to request a quote for your order.

·       If you are local to Rochester, New York, instead of having your order shipped, you may instead select to place an order for pick-up from Our store during Our regular business hours.  If you wish to           do so, please follow the in-store pick-up instructions and do not order the item to be shipped to a separate location – once an order is placed with Our carriers, it will not be available to be picked-up           in Our store. There is no shipping charge for any order you place for pick-up in Our store.

 

International Orders

·       We offer shipment to many international locations.  Since the cost of international shipment varies significantly depending on the destination, please contact Us at  .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) to request a quote for the shipment of your order.  If shipment to your location is possible, We will attempt to select a reasonable and economical option among Our standard carriers to keep your shipment costs low.

·       Our policy is to follow all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including without limitation, any applicable import/export laws.  Customs and duties may be charged for shipment to certain international locations. These costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.  We can provide you with an estimate of the charges we anticipate having to collect in connection with your order; however, the actual charges may differ from this estimate.

 

* These amounts are exclusive of any applicable costs, taxes, fees, customs, duties, or other expenses other than the sale price of the goods or services ordered from Us. As an illustrative example, a $74 order of Yarn Culture products may not be combined with any sales taxes we may collect or any portion of the fee we charge for Our domestic standard shipping in order to qualify for our FREE domestic standard shipping because the shipping fees and taxes are excluded.
