Return Policy

Yarn Culture, LLC Return Policy 

Yarn Culture, LLC (“Yarn Culture,” “We,” “Our,” and “Us”) hope you are delighted with all your purchases with Us - but We also know that sometimes things just don’t work out!  If you have received an item from Yarn Culture, whether purchased in-store, through telephone or fax, or online through our websites, that does not meet your expectations we will gladly refund the purchase price of your returned items that meet all of the following conditions:

·       The item is returned within thirty (30) days of the purchase date shown on your sales receipt or equivalent that was provided by Us;

·       The item is unopened and is in the same condition as when it was received;

·       The item is not a pattern, book or gift certificate; and

·       The item was purchased at Our regular price (sales or discounted items cannot be returned)

·       If applicable, you follow all of Our directions for return shipping

We will exchange qualifying items as a refund or will credit the original payment card used for the purchase. If a return is made from an in-store purchase in which you paid with cash or check instead of a payment card, We reserve the right to decline to offer a refund if the check has not cleared your financial institution or if it was returned for nonsufficient funds. By placing an order for shipment or in-store pickup with Us, you agree to all of the terms and conditions of Our Shipping Policy, without modification, limitation, or qualification.

Please note that for any items that were sent to you via shipment, We do not refund the original shipping costs as part of your return, unless we reasonably determine that the return is the result of Our error. 



If you would like to return one or more items from your order:

·      Email us at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)with your name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return.

·       Wait for our email confirmation including Our instructions for return shipping.

·       Ship the items as directed.  Please note that you will be responsible for insuring items since We can only refund items We receive.

·       An email confirmation will be sent to you after We have processed your return and issued your credit or sent your exchange.
