KAL from Nomadic Knits - Hell Gate Socks by Deborah Breland

Jan 9th

Event Description

Join us on Fridays and/or Saturdays in to start your Hell Gate socks by Deborah Breland from the book Nomadic Knits, Issue Two. The primary stitch pattern in this sock made Deborah think of bridges, so she named the pattern after a historic railroad bridge in New York City. The sample is done in The Periwinkle Sheep - Watercolor II. We also think GarnKultur and Delirium from The Periwinkle Sheep are great choices for these socks.  You can also choose any skein of fingering weight yarn from Yarn Culture for the KAL.

Like all our KAL there is no fee to participate, but we do ask that you use yarn purchased at Yarn Culture.

The pattern is available in Nomadic Knits, Issue Two: New York State. We have copies available in the shop or you can find it on Ravelry.

Email dawn@yarnculture.com if you would like to sign up.  Please indicate whether you would like to sign up for Friday or Saturday.

Friday: Jan 11 and 18; 1:30pm-3:30pm

Saturday: Jan 12 and 19; 1:30pm-3:30pm
