Pattern Details

The sample was knit in a different yarn. We have paired it with Crave Yarn CARAVAN. We’ve created our take on this pattern with 6 beautifully curated color combinations, including our take on the original colorway and 5 other lovely options.

Construction

It is worked seamlessly from the top down and the shoulders are tailored with set-in sleeves that are picked up and worked in the round. Button bands are the final touch, lending a professional, finished look to the final garment.

Sizing

1 (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9). Shown in size 3 on a 36” bust.
Finished chest circumference: 41¼ (45½, 50, 54½, 58¾, 62¾, 67¼, 72, 76)” 103 (114, 125, 136, 146, 157, 168, 180, 190) cm. Recommended ease: 12-16” 30-40 cm depending on how you 
like to wear your cardigans.

Aimée was designed with significant ease – 12”-16” – depending on how you like to wear your cardigans. Along with the ample ease built into the sizing, this cardigan is size-inclusive with 9 sizes and finished bust circumferences ranging from 41” – 76”. 

Needles 

US 4 3.5 mm and US 3 3.25 mm circular needles, 32” long or longer, for the body and 40” for the button-band.

Gauge (after blocking)

23 sts and 30 rows = 4” 10 cm on US 4 3.5 mm needles in Stockinette stitch, worked flat.

24 sts and 30 rows = 4” 10 cm on US 4 3.5 mm needles in Stockinette stitch, worked in the round, for the sleeves.
